We're Hiring: Academic Counsellor – Doctorate Programs Location: Noida (On-site only) | Industry: EdTech | Company: NextSkillEdge About the Role Nextskilledge is hiring experienced Academic Counsellors with a proven track record in guiding professionals into Doctorate-level programs such as PhD, DBA, and EdD. This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida , focused on managing leads, delivering personalized consultations, and converting serious inquiries into successful enrollments. Key Responsibilities Engage with working professionals and senior learners exploring Doctorate-level programs. Conduct career-focused counselling to align candidates with the most suitable academic path. Build long-term trust through need-based consultations and multiple touchpoints. Manage and convert inbound/outbound leads using a consultative, value-driven approach. Maintain detailed interaction logs in the CRM and submit weekly progress reports. Consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets. Requirements Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply. Minimum 1–2 years of counselling experience in selling Doctorate or postgraduate programs. Familiarity with online Doctorate programs, accreditation norms, and admission processes. Strong interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. Preferred Background Experience working with EdTech firms or universities offering PhD/DBA/EdD/Executive programs. Previous interaction with HNI clients or mid-to-senior level working professionals.
