• Work Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai ( Candidate should be in Mumbai other location not preferred )

• Work Mode : Post 3 months training it will be work from home

• Travel savvy: passion / experience with travel
  • Solutions mindset: Efficiently and accurately evaluate case details to determine initial decision on sanctions risk • Polished delivery: ability to communicate in a structured and effective manner • Excellent time management: Resolve cases, providing the required information and details to back up initial decision on time • Quick learner: ability to ramp up quickly and act on feedback constructively • Ability to multi-task while while using multiple client tools

• Independently driven to learn new applications, technologies, skills and a self-starter
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with a very strong focus on process, trends, and root cause analysis • Go Getter, Buck stops with me attitude • Thinking out of box / Logical thinking/ Applier of Common Sense • Travel and airline industry experience and savvy • Ability to successfully gather and analyze information and make recommendations for improvement • Ability to develop effective solutions to difficult problems or situations • Makes effective decisions within his/her authority • Investigates and takes action to meet Expedias needs • With guidance learns quickly on the job. Picks up new skills and understands ideas when presented in a structured format. Learns effectively from experience • Responds effectively under stressful situations. Avoids counterproductive behaviors when confronted with frustrating problems or situations • Structures basic information accurately and draws informed conclusions • Is confident about his/her ability to contribute effectively • Takes responsibility for his/her actions and is receptive to constructive criticism

• Typing 35 wpm as verified by a formal test
  • ISP skills: sign-up, install, connection, messaging (chat, e-mail), navigation, online support, etc. • Proficiency in a multi-system environment • Basic internet and web-based application skills

School degree or equivalent (required)
• College degree (preferred) • Sales/service experience in retail, sales, service or other "helping" business (preferred) • At least 1 years of travel experience (preferred) • Willing to work in rotational shifts with WAH enabled environment
