Security Associate / Supervisor

Job Description

Objective : To ensure comprehensive site security oversight and act as a key personnel between security manager and the warehouse site team, ensuring implementation of security procedures, coordination, and compliance with organizational standards. Responsibilities : Security Oversight & Site Coordination Act as the point of contact between Security lead and the warehouse site team. Ensure seamless coordination and communication for all security-related matters. Provide assistance in warehouse operations when required by the organization. Training, Supervision & Compliance Conduct on-site training for security guards on local and company rules. Perform regular and surprise supervision checks to ensure compliance. Support deployment optimization of security staff as per work requirements. Surveillance & Incident Monitoring Monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems actively. Report suspicious activities, incidents, or malfunctions in security equipment. Ensure all surveillance systems are functional and operational at all times. Access Control & Patrolling Monitor entry/exit of staff, vehicles, and visitors, verify ID and credentials. Maintain visitor logs and ensure escort policies are followed. Conduct routine patrols covering storage, docks, and perimeter areas. Emergency Response & Reporting Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and breaches. Support investigations in case of theft or loss. Maintain and submit reports, logbooks, and checklists regularly. Policy Enforcement & Asset Protection Enforce safety and security protocols across the facility. Observe loading/unloading to prevent inventory shrinkage. Collaborate with senior team / FC management to update or implement security policies. Whistleblower Activity Management Act as a responsible channel to receive and report whistleblower complaints confidentially. Ensure whistleblower activity is handled with discretion and in line with company policy. Support investigation of reported misconduct and coordinate with appropriate authorities or internal departments. Qualifications : Education - Any Graduate Should be skilled in handling of CCTV / Safety & Security Gadgets / Surveillance & Fire Safety Equipments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience - Candidates with prior experience in E-commerce industry will be preffered Show more Show less
