SAP Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful implementation of SAP solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, SAP systems, and business process optimization. As an SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. You will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of SAP modules and their integration with business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure that the SAP solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value. Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage SAP implementation projects from start to finish.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.

• Ensure the quality and functionality of SAP solutions meet organizational requirements.

• Facilitate training and support for end-users post-implementation. • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and their integration with business processes.

• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Experience with change management and user training is preferred.
