SAP DBM Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for SAP DBM Consultant with Service module Work experience: 5 years Work location: Remote Project duration: 1 year & extendable Job description: Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP DBM with focus on the Service module . Analyze client business processes related to automotive service management , warranty, service order processing, and vehicle service tracking. Implement and configure SAP DBM Service Module functionalities including: Service Order Management Workshop Planning Service Estimation Warranty and Claim Processing Customer Interaction & Vehicle Reception Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Customize SAP DBM to meet client-specific needs including enhancement through BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, and reports. Perform end-to-end testing including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and support go-live and post-go-live phases. Work closely with SAP SD/MM and FI consultants for integration-related activities.
