Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP BASIS Consultant to manage the technical infrastructure of our SAP landscape. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, upgrades, performance tuning, and maintenance of SAP systems, ensuring optimal reliability and security across all SAP environments. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems including ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, Fiori, etc. Perform SAP system monitoring, health checks, and daily administration tasks. Manage transport management system (TMS), client copies, and system refreshes. Conduct user administration, role/profile maintenance, and authorization management. Perform backup/recovery procedures and disaster recovery planning. Manage kernel upgrades, support packages, and enhancement packs. Integrate SAP with third-party tools and databases (e.g., Oracle, HANA, MS SQL). Work with functional teams and infrastructure teams to support SAP performance. Troubleshoot system issues and provide root cause analysis. Ensure security compliance, audits, and documentation. Required Skills: Strong experience with SAP BASIS administration across various SAP modules. Hands-on experience with S/4HANA , HANA DB, and Fiori Launchpad. Knowledge of operating systems: Linux, UNIX, Windows. Experience with database administration: SAP HANA, Oracle, or MS SQL. Proficiency in SAP NetWeaver and SAP Solution Manager. Experience with system copies, upgrades, and migrations (SUM, SWPM). Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (optional but preferred). Experience in High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) setup. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Administration (SAP HANA/SAP NetWeaver) Experience with SAP BTP, GRC, or Identity Management is a plus. Knowledge of scripting (Shell, PowerShell) and automation tools is an advantage. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
