Role Overview:

We are hiring experienced SAP ABAP Consultants for a full-time onsite opportunity based in Noida. The role demands hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP (including RICEF objects), experience with S/4HANA environments, and a strong understanding of backend custom development processes within SAP.

This is a client-facing role where the ideal candidate will be expected to work closely with functional teams and project stakeholders to design and implement SAP technical solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom objects using ABAP (RICEF: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Work on SAP S/4HANA environments with understanding of CDS Views, AMDP, and ABAP on HANA.
• Implement enhancements using user exits, BADIs, and enhancement points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SAP programs and reports.
• Ensure quality standards are met with proper documentation of development.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of total IT experience with 4+ years in SAP ABAP development.
• At least one full-cycle SAP implementation experience.
• Exposure to S/4HANA platform (at least 1 year).
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• ABAP on HANA, CDS views, AMDP
• Webdynpro, SAP Fiori, OData services (added advantage)
• Workflow, web services integration
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of functional specs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech / B.E / MCA or equivalent degree (Graduation year 2019 or earlier preferred)
