Job Description

Job Title: Floor Manager - Female

Location: Hiranandani Meadows, Thane
Reports To: Area Sales Manager & Regional Sales Manager

About the Role:

The Floor Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring daily salon operations run smoothly, maintaining high service standards, and driving sales through team coordination, client satisfaction, and efficient floor management. They act as the bridge between service providers, front desk teams, and management.

Key Responsibilities:Client Experience & Operations:

  • Ensure seamless client flow and wait time management during busy hours.
  • Supervise cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance on the salon floor at all times.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure SOPs are followed across departments (Hair, Skin, Nails, Spa).
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism, resolve on-ground issues, and escalate when needed.
  • Support front desk with guest welcome, booking adjustments, and client engagement.

Team Coordination & Leadership:

  • Monitor daily attendance and grooming of all staff.
  • Ensure timely consultation is done by the right expert as per service category.
  • Conduct daily huddles to align the team with targets, offers, and client expectations.
  • Motivate and mentor staff to upsell and cross-sell based on client needs.
  • Liaise with the salon manager and department heads on performance gaps or team issues.

Sales & Targets:

  • Track daily service revenue, category-wise performance, and lead team to meet targets.
  • Identify sales opportunities and suggest solutions-based services during client consultation.
  • Ensure active implementation of memberships, loyalty programs, and running offers.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Ensure floor logs, client feedback, and incident reports are documented.
  • Support inventory checks for floor-use products and escalate shortages.
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and compliance standards as per company policies.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a salon, spa, hospitality, or retail floor management role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle team dynamics and work under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of POS or salon management software (e.g., Zenoti).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
