Job Title: Sales Manager – Formwork & Scaffolding Solutions Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Regional Sales Head / National Sales Director Location: • North Zone – Base : NCR (Delhi), Coverage: PB, UP, HR, HP, UK, RJ, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Kanpur, Lucknow, Dehradun West Zone 1 – Base : Pune, Coverage: Mumbai, Bangalore, Nagpur, Maharashtra, Karnataka West Zone 2 – Base: Ahmedabad, Coverage: Gujarat, Rajasthan, Surat, Baroda, Silvassa, Rajkot, Udaipur, Jaipur East Zone – Base: Bhubaneswar, Coverage: Odisha, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Hyderabad Role Summary: We are looking for high-performing Sales Managers with proven expertise in selling infrastructure formwork and scaffolding staging solutions to drive growth in key regional markets. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, deep industry connections, and the ability to convert opportunities into revenue. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets Identify, target, and engage with infrastructure companies, contractors, and EPC firms for formwork and scaffolding solutions Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across projects in metro, highway, and infrastructure domains Lead end-to-end sales cycle: inquiry generation, technical discussions, proposal submissions, negotiations, and closures Coordinate with technical teams for solution customization, client demos, and site support Track competitor activity and market trends to refine approach Manage CRM and ensure timely reporting of leads, pipeline, and forecasts • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution and client satisfaction Represent the company at regional trade shows, exhibitions, and industry forums Key Requirements: Minimum Qualification : B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in infrastructure formwork and scaffolding solutions Strong network and understanding of regional infrastructure and construction landscape • Proven track record of business development and key account management Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the region Strong organizational and analytical skills Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Commensurate with experience and market standards.
