Job Description

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to help onboard and upskill our sales team. You’ll deliver engaging training sessions that improve product knowledge, sales skills, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct onboarding and sales training for new and existing team members
Develop and deliver training content, materials, and sessions
Coach and support the team on sales processes, systems, and best practices
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve performance

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or Sales Coach (5-6 years)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
Background in sales (travel industry experience is a plus)
