Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic

Sales Telecaller

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales. As a Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our products and services. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong focus on achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely closure of deals.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1 to 2 years of experience in sales or telecalling.
Strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent convincing power and negotiation skills.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

This position is available in multiple locations including

Agra, Noida, Dehradun, and Delhi
