The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, analyzing sales performance, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients. The role involves setting sales goals, developing strategies to achieve targets, and maintaining positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
