Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth by leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales goals.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance and coaching to improve skills and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that the sales process is followed consistently by all team members.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss goals, performance, and potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and promotional efforts.
  • Handle complex or escalated customer inquiries or issues.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on sales results to senior leadership.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities for sales team development.
  • Assist in recruitment and hiring of new sales team members.
  • Foster a positive and high-energy work environment to maintain team morale and productivity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
