Sales Team Leader

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to manage and drive a team of sales professionals under the Sales model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team recruitment, development, and performance to meet business targets through effective fieldwork and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals (advisors/associates)
• Drive business targets through field sales activities and team coordination
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
• Develop business strategies to increase team productivity and conversions
• Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities
• Ensure high levels of team engagement and retention

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales or team handling roles
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage team performance
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on growth and development

Preferred Background:

• Sales, marketing, or distribution background from BFSI, FMCG, telecom, or similar sectors (any Field Sales)
• Previous experience in managing channel partners or agency models
