Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead located in Bengaluru. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and guiding the sales team, analyzing market trends, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. The role involves daily tasks such as overseeing sales operations, mentoring team members, devising sales strategies, and interacting with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable property recommendations.
