Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve regional targets for residential real estate projects. Develop and execute strategic plans to increase brand visibility, drive leads, and close deals. Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to expand market reach. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and mentorship to team members. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in Area Sales Management or Regional Sales in Real Estate industry. Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly targets through effective leadership and strategy execution. Strong understanding of local markets, including knowledge of government regulations and industry norms. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
