About the Role:-

Inside Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:-

• Reach out to potential leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to explain product offerings.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales.
• Maintain a high level of productivity, call volume, and closing ratio.
• Build and manage a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and CRM teams to follow up on campaigns and drive conversions.
• Update CRM tools regularly with lead status and interaction logs.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:-

• Graduate in any stream (MBA Preferred).
• Proven inside sales or telecalling experience (ed-tech or publishing industry is a plus).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills in English & Hindi.
• Self-motivated with a strong result-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
