Job Title: Sales & Operations Coordinator

Sales & Operations Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage

    quotations

    ,

    purchase orders

    , and

    invoices

  • Assist in

    sales negotiations

    and follow up on deal closures
  • Coordinate with logistics and accounts for smooth delivery and billing
  • Maintain accurate sales data and generate reports (Zoho Analytics preferred)
  • Communicate with clients regarding orders, pricing, and post-sales queries
  • Track payment status and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Support basic sales forecasting and revenue tracking
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations for campaigns or product launches


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or support role
  • Strong skills in MS Office; experience with

    Zoho Analytics

    is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in

    Biotech, Microbiology, Genomics

    (preferred)
  • Master’s in Management/ Marketing preferred as well.
