Role Description:

1. Administrative Efficiency:- Goal: Streamline administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.

2.Communication and Collaboration:- Goal: Foster effective communication within the department and with external stakeholders.

3.Process Improvement:- Goal: Identify opportunities for process enhancements that lead to faster service delivery.

4. Performance Monitoring:- Goal: Establish reports to measure the effectiveness of administrative functions.

5. Support Functions:- Assist managers with various administrative tasks, including handling confidential information and preparing expense reports

Qualifications:

1. Graduate or higher in a related field is preferred

2.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

3.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is necessary.

4. Ability to multitask effectively
