Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Sri Ganganagar. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, analyzing market trends, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote Natureland Organics products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Strategy, Customer Relationship Management, and Market Analysis
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Ability to achieve Sales Targets and generate Sales Reports
• Knowledge in Marketing and Market Research strategies
• Proficiency in using sales software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the organic food industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
