You will be responsible for corporate sales development, managing promotional activities including press ads, email marketing, website content, and devising value drivers such as leisure packages and loyalty programs—all with the goal of increasing the resort's revenues. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
· Lead corporate sales efforts, targeting organizations for resort rooms, meeting spaces, and events (conferences, seminars, weddings, product launches).
· Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plans to expand client base and enhance bookings.
· Manage press advertising, digital/email campaigns, and website content updates.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, wedding planners, and event coordinators.
· Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies and achieve monthly targets.
· Coordinate promotional events and represent the resort at functions to generate new business leads.
· Utilize social media platforms (especially Instagram and Facebook) to boost engagement and visibility.
· Prepare and present sales performance reports.
