Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Sales Manager at Neuedge Diagnostics Pvt Ltd, located in Bhubaneswar. The Marketing & Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, identifying potential leads and opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks also include collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets, preparing sales reports, coordinating promotional activities, and attending marketing events and trade shows. Qualifications Strong skills in developing and implementing sales strategies Market analysis, lead generation, and identifying opportunities Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills Proficiency in managing marketing campaigns and promotional activities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in preparing sales reports and coordinating with sales teams Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Prior experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills
