Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for the Cast PVC Shrink Film division.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and product applications.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to align product offerings with customer requirements.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the division’s profitability.
• Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of

  specialty PVC films

  , particularly for

  labels and packaging applications

  .
• Proven track record in

  sales strategy development

  and

  marketing execution

  within the flexible packaging or plastic films industry.
• Strong analytical and market research skills; ability to interpret data and trends into actionable plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Minimum

  5+ years of relevant experience

  in the packaging or plastic film sector.
• Exposure to both domestic and export markets is a plus.
