We are looking for a dynamic and confident Marketing & Promotion Executive to promote our products/services through field visits, local marketing activities, and brand awareness campaigns. The role requires good communication skills, creativity, and the ability to engage customers both offline and online.

Key Responsibilities:

Field & Offline Promotion
Visit schools, colleges, offices, markets, etc. for direct promotionDistribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materialsConduct local events, kiosks, and awareness activitiesIdentify new locations for branding and outreachLead Generation & EngagementGenerate leads through outdoor interactionsCollect customer contact details and provide product informationExplain features, offers, and benefits to potential customersFollow up with leads and handover to sales teamDigital Support (Optional)Help with local social media content (videos, stories, photos)Support influencer/local promotions if neededUse WhatsApp/Facebook/Instagram for small promotionsReporting & CoordinationMaintain records of daily visits, leads generated, and feedbackCoordinate with internal teams for campaign support and materialGive weekly reports to the marketing managerRequired Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication & convincing skillsWillingness to work in the fieldOwn two-wheeler preferred (for field travel)Basic knowledge of social media is a plusPreferred Skills:

Friendly and outgoing personality
Self-motivated and target-drivenLocal area knowledgeBasic MS Excel / WhatsApp reporting skills
