Post Name: Marketing & Promotion Executive Location: Ranchi Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM] Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives Reports To: Marketing Manager / Business Development Head Job Description (JD): We are looking for a dynamic and confident Marketing & Promotion Executive to promote our products/services through field visits, local marketing activities, and brand awareness campaigns. The role requires good communication skills, creativity, and the ability to engage customers both offline and online. Key Responsibilities: Field & Offline Promotion Visit schools, colleges, offices, markets, etc. for direct promotion Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials Conduct local events, kiosks, and awareness activities Identify new locations for branding and outreach Lead Generation & Engagement Generate leads through outdoor interactions Collect customer contact details and provide product information Explain features, offers, and benefits to potential customers Follow up with leads and handover to sales team Digital Support (Optional) Help with local social media content (videos, stories, photos) Support influencer/local promotions if needed Use WhatsApp/Facebook/Instagram for small promotions Reporting & Coordination Maintain records of daily visits, leads generated, and feedback Coordinate with internal teams for campaign support and material Give weekly reports to the marketing manager Required Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate Good communication & convincing skills Willingness to work in the field Own two-wheeler preferred (for field travel) Basic knowledge of social media is a plus Preferred Skills: Friendly and outgoing personality Self-motivated and target-driven Local area knowledge Basic MS Excel / WhatsApp reporting skills
