Key Responsibilities:Drive new client acquisition through proactive outreach and networking. Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and property showings to convert qualified leads. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Follow up diligently with prospects and nurture long-term client relationships. Leverage the CRM to track leads, update customer information, and manage follow-ups. Provide expert real estate advisory services for buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Strategically use existing and upcoming project references to drive revenue and gain a competitive edge. Act as a trusted negotiator between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth closures. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, back office) to ensure efficient sales operations. Resolve client queries and concerns with speed and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Communications. Minimum 06month-2years of experience in real estate sales or a related domain (preferred).
