Job Description

You’ll lead the sales game at India’s biggest table tennis reseller. Your mission? Drive revenue by building long-term partnerships with TT academies, clubs, and serious players. Expect a mix of sales strategy, sports networking, and hands-on execution, all powered by your love for the game.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Academy & Club Outreach - Build and manage a pipeline of table tennis academies, coaches, and bulk buyers across India. Cold-call, DM, WhatsApp, visit, whatever it takes to get conversations started.
  • Bulk Sales & B2B Conversion - Pitch gear combos, close bulk deals, create custom pricing, and negotiate like a pro. You’ll be the go-to gear advisor for our academy clients.
  • Relationship Management - Nurture high-value accounts. Support them with reorders, new launches, tournament planning, and exclusive offers.
  • Product Expertise - Know our entire lineup—rubbers, blades, balls, tables—like the back of your hand. Recommend setups based on level, budget, and brand preferences.
  • Sales Ops & Coordination - Work with our ops and dispatch team to ensure timely delivery, product availability, and smooth follow-ups.
  • On-Ground Insights - Track emerging academies, rising players, local tournaments, and brand trends. Share feedback to improve our offerings.

Must‑Have Skills & Experience:

  • You play or follow Table Tennis actively. You get the difference between Mark V and Rakza 7.
  • 1+ yr experience in B2B sales, business development, or client servicing preferred (preferably sports, D2C, or ed-tech).
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
  • Confident, proactive, persistent, and target-oriented.
  • You’re at ease with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, basic CRM tools.

Nice‑to‑Haves:

  • Previous sales role involving academies, institutions, or sports gear
  • Multilingual (Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, etc.)
  • Startup/D2C sales hustle experience
  • Background in competitive table tennis (district/state level)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
