Position Overview

As the Manager of Sales for our Real Estate Media Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving strategic sales initiatives and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization. This role requires someone with a proven track record in serving the real estate sector, possessing strong connections within the industry, and the ability to independently drive sales. Leveraging your extensive network & experience in sales leadership within the real estate sector, you will be responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives for Maharashtra region.

Role & Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Execution:

Implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.

Execute tactical plans to drive sales growth.

Client Acquisition:

Identify and pursue new client opportunities through proactive sales efforts.

Build and nurture relationships with potential clients.

Revenue Target Achievement:

Work towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Market Intelligence:

Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform independent sales strategies.

Utilize market intelligence to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Leverage connections outside of Pune, especially in Tier 1 or Tier 2 cities for regional business growth.

Develop and nurture relationships in these regions to expand the company's market presence.

Exploration of Fast-Growing Markets:

Identify and explore other fast-growing real estate markets beyond current locations.

Utilize your insights and connections to tap into emerging markets and contribute to the company's expansion strategy

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts.

Work closely with marketing to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.

Extensive Travel:

Travel extensively within & outside the Maharashtra region to meet clients and prospects.

Personal vehicle is the mandate for this profile.

Qualification

  • Proven track record in sales within the real estate sector.
  • Extensive industry connections and a robust professional network.
  • Strong ability to independently handle sales, particularly during the initial stage of employment.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and execution abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving initial-stage revenue growth.

Pay: Up to ₹960,000.00 per year
