Responsibilities include: Based on the business plan for the financial year, defining the sales strategy. Should have complete sales focus, should have established relationships with customers and should be able to drive the business in Chennai . Monitoring the operations & having tight control on operational costs. Creating a conducive work environment promoting ethical business with a strong focus on IGL values. Ensuring that the billing to the customers is done on a timely basis as per the agreed terms. Ascertaining timely collection of payments as per the agreed terms and keeping strict tab on outstanding and collectibles. Ideal candidate : Graduate degree is a must Around 5-10 years experience in Sales / Business Development. Technical skills - Freight forwarding / customs broking knowledge Should have extremely good written and oral communication skills. Should have inter-personal relationship building abilities.
