This role will be responsible for managing sales operations end-to-end – from building and nurturing B2B relationships, creating streamlined sales processes, handling customer acquisition, to closing deals and ensuring revenue targets are hit.

You’ll be coordinating with internal teams to align business goals with on-ground execution, tracking performance metrics, and constantly iterating on what’s working. Expect a lot of learning by doing, not by handbook.

This is ideal if you're seeking ownership and velocity. You should be outcome-driven, self-motivated, and thrive in ambiguity. If you come from large corporate environments, you’ll likely find our pace jarring – we prefer those with start-up exposure or an appetite for dynamic, high-stakes work.

We’re looking for someone with strong written communication, a natural instinct for understanding customer psychology, and a bias toward taking action.

We don't have a ton of VC money to burn. We're not trying to be a unicorn. We don't have a fancy town hall every month or employee talent days where you mandatorily have to dance & pretend you're happy (f*&K that).

If you work with us, we will need you to dream big but work small every day. We'll need you to be patient for the audacious goals but impatient with action. You will join a winning team, not a family. And we don't care if you a tea or coffee person (ok maybe a little bit).
