Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Nellore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of home finance products, building and managing relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and acquiring new customers, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the centralized processing unit for loan approvals. The Sales Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring sales staff.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, particularly in the housing finance industry
Strong relationship-building and client management skills
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Proficiency in preparing and analyzing sales reports
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
