Position: Sales Manager – Real Estate

About the Role:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve project-wise sales targets.
  • Manage and guide the sales team to ensure consistent performance and productivity.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities and channel partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales is mandatory.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the local real estate market and buyer behavior.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
