Role Overview:

Sales Manager

open to travel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in

    IT projects and staff augmentation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, especially within the

    MENA region

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and sales plans to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, recruitment, and leadership) to align solutions with client needs
  • Travel as required to meet clients, attend business meetings, and represent the company in relevant forums
  • Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts
  • Track market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to stay competitive

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    8-12 years of experience

    in IT sales/business development, with a focus on services and staffing
  • Prior exposure to the

    MENA region

    market is

    mandatory

  • Willingness and ability to

    travel as needed

  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions, outsourcing models, and resource engagement strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
