Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, achieving revenue targets, managing client relationships, and mentoring the sales team. This role requires strong leadership, deep market insight, and a passion for driving performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Monitor sales KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts.
• Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Handle escalated client issues and resolve them promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Fitness Industry.
• Strong network and knowledge of PAN India level.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
