Sales Manager

We are a leading health and wellness platform supporting individuals on their fertility and reproductive health journeys. Our signature programs combine expert guidance, habit transformation, and emotional support to create real impact in people’s lives. We are now looking for a passionate and persuasive Senior Sales Executive to join our growth team.

Role Summary:

Your primary responsibility will be to call incoming B2C leads, build trust, and convert them into paid program enrollments. This is a consultative sales role where empathy, listening, and product understanding matter as much as hitting targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling)
• Understand client pain points and recommend the most suitable program
• Build genuine connections and follow up with potential clients
• Track and manage leads using CRM tools
• Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets
• Collaborate with the marketing and program teams for campaign insights
• Provide feedback to improve lead quality and sales scripts

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in B2C telesales, preferably in health, wellness, or ed-tech sectors
• Excellent communication in Hindi and English
• Empathetic listener with high emotional intelligence
• Result-driven attitude with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Familiarity with CRMs and lead management tools
• Strong follow-up discipline and persuasive ability

Nice to Have:

• Experience selling high-ticket wellness or coaching programs
• Background in psychology, healthcare, or fertility/women’s health domain
