Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Acquire new customers for Club Ethecs membership programs (individuals &
  • corporates).
  • Identify, approach, and convert prospective corporate clients for long-term
  • partnerships.
  • Pitch travel solutions to HR heads, admin heads, CXOs, and decision-makers in
  • organizations.
  • Organize and conduct client meetings, demos, presentations, and webinars.
  • Lead Management
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Attend networking events, trade fairs, and BNI meetings to generate leads.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate data on leads and sales status.
  • Revenue & Target Achievement
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop strategies to upsell existing members on premium packages or add-ons.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners through consistent engagement.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction post-sale and coordinate with operations for seamless delivery.
  • Reporting & Strategy
  • Share weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Provide market feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the product offering.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or Tourism.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or luxury services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
  • Passion for travel and customer-centric selling.
  • Existing corporate network or experience dealing with corporate clients is a plus.
  • Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Well versed in various areas of travel such as FITs, MICE, Corporate, group holidays etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Past experience of working with Club Mahindra Membership sales, Karma group RGBC memberships, Country Club memberships.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or relevant field is desirable.
