Job Description Position : Sales manager - Electrical panels Experience - 3+ Years Location : Hyderabad Responsibilities Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for HT/LT panels, switchgear (ACB/MCCB/MCB), APFC, busducts, transformers, protection relays, and connected solutions. Plan customer coverage via existing and new accounts—end-users, panel builders, OEMs, contractors, consultants Own sales funnel: lead generation, technical discussions, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, contract closure. Deliver quarterly bookings and margin targets, manage sales forecasting and CRM hygiene. Build and cultivate relationships across project stakeholders (EPC, consultants, utilities, industry verticals). Support channel partners: training, technical enablement, co-selling efforts . Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer presentations Stay updated on technical standards (IEC/IS), compliance, product innovations, competitor movements .
