Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager – Engine Oil & Grease Division

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the sales and brand promotion of Bharat Power Lubes’ engine oil, grease, and other lubricant products.
• Develop and manage a strong distributor/dealer network across assigned territories.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting automobile garages, transport hubs, truck unions, and retail shops.
• Set sales targets territory-wise and achieve them through strategic planning and team coordination.
• Handle corporate tie-ups and B2B sales for bulk orders.
• Conduct competitor analysis and develop pricing strategies accordingly.
• Monitor daily sales reporting, analyze market trends, and identify new areas for expansion.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 3 to 7 years of proven experience in sales and marketing of engine oil, grease, or lubricant industry.
• Strong existing network and understanding of the automobile servicing market.
• Leadership skills with a result-driven and target-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Hands-on experience with ground-level marketing; basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.

• BBA/MBA in Marketing (Preferred, not mandatory)
• Two-wheeler required with willingness to travel across districts
