Position: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with experience in industrial

automation to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong

understanding of automation products (Servo, Stepper, PLC, HMI, SCADA, Control Panel) and a

proven track record in B2B industrial sales.

Role & Responsibility:

 Experienced with handling sales in Automation and should have good knowledge of Control

Systems (Servo, Stepper, PLC, HMI, SCADA, Control Panel).

 Experienced to handle at least 10 people team.

 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals in the automation

sector.

 Identify new business opportunities geographically and manage key customer accounts.

 Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets.

 Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver customized automation solutions.

 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

 Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

 Attend industry events, expos, and client meetings to enhance market presence.

 Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for leadership.

 Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales support and service coordination.

Skills and Abilities Required:

 Minimum 6+ years of sales experience in industrial automation manufacturing.

 Strong technical knowledge of automation systems.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

 Ability to travel domestically as required.

 Proficient in CRM and MS Office tools.

 Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹74,067.51 - ₹125,803.03 per month
