Job Description
Position: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with experience in industrial
automation to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong
understanding of automation products (Servo, Stepper, PLC, HMI, SCADA, Control Panel) and a
proven track record in B2B industrial sales.
Role & Responsibility:
Experienced with handling sales in Automation and should have good knowledge of Control
Systems (Servo, Stepper, PLC, HMI, SCADA, Control Panel).
Experienced to handle at least 10 people team.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals in the automation
sector.
Identify new business opportunities geographically and manage key customer accounts.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver customized automation solutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Attend industry events, expos, and client meetings to enhance market presence.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for leadership.
Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales support and service coordination.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Minimum 6+ years of sales experience in industrial automation manufacturing.
Strong technical knowledge of automation systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel domestically as required.
Proficient in CRM and MS Office tools.
Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.

Pay: ₹74,067.51 - ₹125,803.03 per month
