Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand customer base.
• Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and guide the team accordingly.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
• Provide detailed sales reporting to senior management.
• Participate in key client meetings and negotiations when required.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain high-performing sales staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in sales leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in EdTech industry
• MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
