Role Description:

The Assistant Manager of International Sales is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic plans to expand sales and marketing efforts in the cosmetic, personal care, home care ingredients raw material, and pharmaceutical excipients sectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue in international markets.

2. Assist in preparing sales forecasts and budget plans to meet revenue targets.

4. Support the Sales team in building and maintaining relationships with international distributors, agents, and customers.

6. Assist in negotiating and closing sales contracts with international customers.

7. Coordinate international logistics and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
