Sales Executive / Sales Manager – HVAC Controllers

Role Objective:

Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage sales pipeline for

  HVAC controller products

• Identify and build relationships with consultants, HVAC contractors, OEMs, and project companies

• Generate leads through site visits, cold calls, and industry networking

• Deliver product presentations, conduct demos, and resolve technical queries in coordination with the engineering team

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to the leadership team

• Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, proposals, and order fulfillment

• Provide market feedback on product performance and competitor activity

Required Experience & Skills:

• 3–7 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry

  , specifically in BMS, controls, or HVAC automation

• Strong understanding of HVAC project lifecycle and decision-makers (consultants, EPCs, etc.)

• Familiarity with products like

  VAV Controllers, RH/Temp Controllers, Pressure Monitors

• Ability to read HVAC drawings and understand technical specifications

• Proven negotiation and closing skills

• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement and site meetings

Education:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation preferred)
