Job Description

Role: Sales Executive Intern (Full-Time, On-Site)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Sector 44)

An award‑winning digital marketing & SaaS/B2B services agency founded in 2020, My Side Team specializes in end-to-end solutions—from lead generation, paid ads, and email marketing to website design, content creation, process automation, and more. With a lean team of passionate experts and 50+ clients served, we help businesses scale digitally through data‑backed campaigns and innovative strategies .

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Cold Outreach: Research prospective businesses, initiate cold calls & emails to qualify leads, and maintain persistent outreach.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, digital campaign, and execution teams to ensure lead handoffs and seamless coordination.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Log every interaction in the CRM, update lead status, and track progress toward targets.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Provide daily/weekly updates on outreach results, and suggest refinements to calling/email strategies.
  • Incentive-Based Motivation: Drive performance through structured incentive schemes linked to lead quality and volume.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Freshers are welcome, but 1+ years of experience in sales or telecalling—especially in B2B/SaaS—is preferred.

Skill Set:

  • Excellent verbal/written communication.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls.
  • High motivation & goal-oriented.
  • Quick learner with basic CRM familiarity.
  • Strong team player with positive attitude.

Educational Background: Any bachelor’s degree; marketing or business studies background is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Stipend: As per industry and internal standards.
  • Incentives: Based on successful lead qualification and webinars/booked demos.
