Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, WhatsApp messages, and follow-ups with potential clients
  2. Guide users in selecting the right consultation package or expert based on their needs
  3. Convert leads into paid consultations by effectively explaining the benefits of our services
  4. Maintain strong client relationships and offer after-sales support to boost retention
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and high customer satisfaction
  6. Keep accurate records of daily leads, calls, conversions, and payments

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors Degree (any discipline)
  2. 1-2 years of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or customer engagement roles
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. Persuasive, target-driven, and able to build rapport quickly
  5. Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and basic mobile apps

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Interest or basic knowledge of Astrology, Kundli, or Spiritual Sciences
  • Experience working with astrology-related services or platforms
  • English-speaking skills
