Job Description

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Generate new business opportunities and establish relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, and individual customers.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate car rental solutions.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fleet availability, features, and services offered.
  • Effectively communicate product information and services to customers.
  • Marketing & Promotions:
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote car rental services and attract new business.
  • Assist in creating sales collateral, promotional campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Customer Service:
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that customers have a seamless experience from booking to vehicle return.
  • Market Research:
  • Analyze competitor services and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve services and sales strategies.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer-facing role, preferably in the car rental or automotive industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for driving sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
  • Basic understanding of the car rental industry, including pricing, rental policies, and vehicle specifications.
  • A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales in a service-driven industry.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and online sales platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
