GMS Group, headquartered in Singapore, is a premium provider of customised loyalty marketing solutions and related technology products for the hotel industry. Founded in 1999, GMS has a network of over 100 offices across 15 countries throughout Asia Pacific and employs over 1,300 staff. With more than 20 years of experience, GMS designs, implements, and manages successful loyalty programmes tailored to each hotel brand. Our mission is to drive incremental F&B member spend effectively when and where it is needed.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting, client meetings, preparing sales presentations, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Sales Executive will work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of loyalty programs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Understanding of loyalty marketing solutions and related technology products
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
