Our mission is to equip businesses with the right tools and knowledge to grow sustainably. Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our business programs and converting potential leads into students or clients. This role demands strong communication skills, a consultative approach to sales, and a deep understanding of customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell TASC’s business training programs and services to potential clients. Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and walk-ins. Follow up with leads, schedule meetings or consultations, and close sales effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Attend seminars/events and represent TASC professionally to generate leads. Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align on business goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in education/training or service industries. Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage. Fluency in English and regional language(s). Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge or interest in business training or entrepreneurship. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 25/06/2025
