About the Role

What You'll Do
  • Drive Residential Rooftop Solar Project Sales:

    Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new residential leads for rooftop solar installations in the Vidharabha region. This includes understanding customer energy consumption patterns, designing tailored solar solutions, and effectively communicating the long-term benefits of solar ownership.
  • Develop and Nurture Client Relationships:

    Build strong, lasting relationships with potential homeowners, understanding their needs and concerns, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout their solar journey. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
  • Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets:

    Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales quotas for residential rooftop solar projects. This involves effective pipeline management, strategic outreach, and a commitment to closing deals.
  • Conduct On-site Assessments and Consultations:

    Visit residential properties to assess their solar potential, discuss technical requirements, and gather necessary information for accurate system design and proposal generation..
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams:

    Work closely with our Salesm technical, design, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction from sale to activation.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends:

    Continuously update your knowledge on solar technology advancements, government policies, subsidies, and financing options relevant to residential solar in India.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience:

    A minimum of

    1+ years of direct sales experience in the solar or renewable energy industry

    , with a strong preference for candidates who have focused on residential rooftop solar projects.
  • Proven Sales Acumen:

    Demonstrated ability to drive sales, achieve targets, and close deals in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in an easy-to-understand manner. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-Centric Approach:

    A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building long-term client relationships.
  • Local Knowledge:

    Familiarity with the Nagpur market and surrounding areas is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Aptitude:

    Basic understanding of solar PV system components, design principles, and energy consumption analysis.
