Job Description

About AUTOFOREST:

BLDC hub motors

Role Overview:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential OEM clients, e-bike manufacturers, and distributors
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate AUTOFOREST products and solutions
Present technical features and value propositions of our hub motors and powertrain offerings
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to grow brand visibility
Provide market feedback to product and R&D teams to support innovation
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
2+ years of sales experience in the EV, e-bike, or automotive components industry
Strong understanding of electric drive systems, preferably BLDC motor technology
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
Willingness to travel as required

Nice to Have:

Technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering
Existing network in the e-bike or micro-mobility space
Experience working with OEM supply chains or component sales
