* Handle calls to understand customer needs and recommend suitable product kits.

* Share quotations and follow up with potential customers.

* Maintain and update customer database

* Coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch of kits.

* Prepare sales reports and maintain proper documentation.

* Support the sales team with lead conversion and order processing.

* Answer customer queries and provide product-related information.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Handle email inquiries professionally and promptly.

* Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
